Virginia Leen attended the University of Washington and graduated in from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from Loyola Law School in 1996. She has practiced family law for over 10 years, and is currently licensed in Washington and California.
Ms. Leen is a member of the Washington State Bar Association Family Law Section, King County Bar Association, the International Association of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and King County Collaborative Law. She is a trained mediator and a certified collaborative law attorney, and has served as a volunteer judge for Seattle University's Alternative Dispute Resolution Center competitions
